Sweet Pete

Brian Vivian of Cambridge Ontario owns this totally tricked out big rig. When you spend all your time on the road doing long hauls, why not do it in style? You will definately notice this guy on the highway with all the bling.

This is another one of the trucks we found at the Fergus Truck Show. What we have is a 1985 Peterbuilt 359 Longnose that was specially built for Brian by Mik Mak Fabrication. It is powered by a Cat 3406B 400 horsepower diesel with a Fuller 13 speed double over transmaission. It also has a rear tandem Rockwell with 3:90 ratio.

The hood has been extended 24 inches with an electric tilt set up. The front as well as the rest of the truck is decked out with a ton of custom chrome peices.

The tires are 36 inch low profile Michelin with Alcoa rims. Custom made chrome fender flares provide some more bling.

The chrome continues with huge 8 inch angle cut stacks running into the sky. There is also a custom chrome gille, sunvisor, mirrors, door handles and more.

Inside you have a custom interior that includes hardwood flooring, leather interior and a locomotive horn. A satelite radio also helps pass the time on long trips.
Some people just run these trucks into the ground, others build them into works of art. Some people just figure they spend so much time in these rigs that you might as well look good. XT
